Who handles your enquiry

Private enquiries are sent to the inbox designated for the AGENCE Albania service. The published contact point for privacy questions and requests is info@agencealbania.com.

How the enquiry form works

When you submit an enquiry, the details you entered are transmitted over an encrypted connection through the website infrastructure and a specialist email-delivery provider to the private enquiry inbox. They are not added to a separate website enquiry database.

After a successful form submission, we schedule a personalised acknowledgement to your email address for ten minutes later, with rinor@agencealbania.com copied in. It includes your first name, property and bedroom choices, and a short summary or excerpt of your message. Replies go to info@agencealbania.com. The email-delivery provider holds the scheduled email until sending.

The submitted details may be used to reply, understand your purchase brief, arrange introductions and, where requested, coordinate with relevant project representatives or appropriately authorised professionals.

We use Resend to deliver enquiry notifications and scheduled replies. Resend states that stored email data is held in the United States, including when emails are sent through a European region. It retains email content and logs for 30 days on its Free, Pro and Scale plans; retention on an Enterprise plan can differ. Resend also processes a small sample of emails for security and abuse prevention. Scheduling a reply for ten minutes later does not mean that its data is deleted after ten minutes. The receiving mailbox provider also processes the correspondence.

We use OpenAI to paraphrase your enquiry text and property preferences and check the draft before preparing an automatic reply. We do not send the separate name, email or phone fields, but your message itself may contain personal data. Automatic replies do not confirm availability, prices or appointments; OpenAI’s data retention and security rules apply.

Technical website data

Like most hosted websites, the publishing and infrastructure providers may process limited request information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, timestamp and security logs. This is used to deliver and protect the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse.

Cookies and analytics

If you choose to allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, referral sources, viewed property pages, contact-link clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. Google Analytics is not loaded before your consent or when you decline. The website and enquiry form work without analytics.

Google Analytics processes page paths, interaction events, language, browser and device information, and technical connection data. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, message contents or enquiry reference numbers in Google Analytics events. Arbitrary search parameters and URL fragments are excluded. Validated Google ad click identifiers are included only with your consent to advertising measurement. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

With your analytics consent, Yandex Metrica also measures visits, viewed public pages, referral domains and technical browser, device and connection information. Our code excludes enquiry details, URL search parameters, fragments and Google ad click identifiers from Yandex pageviews. Accept also enables session replay and click maps; replay is disabled on pages with URL search parameters. The enquiry form and its confirmation are hidden from replay. Yandex says recordings remain available for 15 days. Some Yandex cookies may last up to two years. Yandex processes data under its privacy terms and may process it in other countries. You can withdraw permission in Cookie settings.

Your saved choice is valid for up to 180 days. An expired record may remain in local browser storage, but is no longer accepted as consent. After you consent, Google Analytics may store first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_ identifiers, for up to 180 days. You can change your choice or withdraw consent using Cookie settings. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes these analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase data already processed.

We save your choice, its time, language and notice version in local browser storage. If a refusal or withdrawal cannot be saved there, the necessary first-party cookie agence_analytics_denied preserves it for up to 180 days and prevents analytics from restarting after a page reload.

If you allow advertising measurement, Google Analytics can associate website visits and successfully submitted enquiries with Google Ads clicks. Our code forwards only validated Google click identifiers and fixed campaign labels, never enquiry contents. After consent, attribution is used for up to 30 minutes after arrival and kept in browser session storage. An inactive record may remain there until the tab is closed or consent is withdrawn. Google may also use advertising measurement cookies. Accept enables statistics, visit recordings and advertising measurement together. Decline in Cookie settings disables all three. Withdrawal removes the advertising attribution stored by our code and accessible advertising cookies. Advertising personalization remains disabled.

With analytics consent, a recognised ChatGPT referral or its source marker is recorded as the source chatgpt.com. We do not send conversation identifiers or other URL parameters for this attribution.

Editorial media and external services

Some editorial photographs are delivered by Pexels. Loading those files can disclose standard request data, including your IP address and browser information, to Pexels. Following an external link takes you to a third-party website governed by its own privacy policy.

Retention, sharing and security

Submitted requests, emails and related correspondence are retained no longer than necessary to answer an enquiry, provide requested introductions, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Details may be shared only where needed to respond to your request, comply with law, protect legitimate rights or operate the relevant communication and hosting services.

Yandex states that it may process data in Russia and other countries. Yandex describes Standard Contractual Clauses for applicable transfers. Resend states that transfers to the United States are covered by its Data Processing Addendum and applicable Standard Contractual Clauses.

No internet or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send passports, bank details or other highly sensitive documents through the initial enquiry.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection in relation to your personal data, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority.
